Shipping Policy for All Customers
Order Processing
- Same-Day shipping: We know your shipment should arrive at the right time. You will receive your order of Ethernet cables quickly if you place an order on a business day (Monday through Friday) before 3:00 PM Central Time. The order will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Next-Day Shipping: Any order placed after 3:00 PM CT will be delivered on the next business day. It applies to any public holiday or weekend and may vary according to our shipping partners.
Where We Ship
Mountech Cables is currently shipping to all locations within the United States. We are unable to ship to certain addresses and locations, like P.O. box addresses.
Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your order size, weight, and destination. It also depends on the product type and the urgent needs. Make sure that you calculate the shipping rates before order confirmation.
Free Shipping Standard: We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $100.00 within the United States. Orders, for example, from countries like Canada, the UK, or Europe might face additional charges as per the delivery standards.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: Specified States delivery is available, including shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands is currently available. Their shipping charges will apply and be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this number to monitor and track your package’s status directly on the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc).
Important Information for Our Customers
Make sure to provide the right and authentic address, and you will face charges due to an incorrect address provided.
Charges Imposed By Carriers
- UPS: If the address is mismatched from the delivery address, it will be returned to us. A 15% return-to-sender fee per tracking number will be deducted from your refund. You need to place a new order with the correct shipping address.
- USPS: If a package is not delivered to your address, it will be automatically returned to us. We will refund you for the order, and you can place a new order with the correct address at your earliest convenience.
What if My Package is Missing?
We truly understand that sometimes, due to bulk orders, your shipment is missing or undelivered, which is frustrating. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you are unable to find your package, please follow these simple steps.
- Make sure your shipping address is correct.
- Check with neighbors or the blind spot, as packages are left in hidden spaces to avoid theft.
- You can wait up to 6 business days, as carriers sometimes mark the package as delivered before arrival. If your package is still missing after this time, please contact our Customer Support for quick assistance.
Custom Orders
Mountech Cables does not provide any custom cuts for our Bulk Ethernet Cables. All products are sold in the specified lengths listed on our websites.
Company Guarantees
- 10 Year Warranty, Mountech Cables provides top-notch quality products, and if you are not satisfied, you can return the product by following the return policy.
- You can return your product within 30 days after purchase. Make sure the product is not open or damaged, and also provide a receipt for the following package.
