Mountech Cables Returns Policy 

60-Day Return Policy

You may return the purchased products within 60 Days after your purchase. You are eligible if your item is not damaged and unused. In the same condition as you received it, and the packaging is not harmed and unopened. 

How to Initiate a Return

Follow the easy return process, initiated by sending us an email with the order number and the order receipt. It would be appreciated if you could attach the photos of the products for our record. After receiving an email, one of our customer support representatives will help you go through the steps to the final step of the return process. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your shipment is delivered to you and you find a damaged or defective product, or there is a fulfillment error has been made, please contact our customer support team immediately after you receive the product. We will provide you with quick assistance to resolve the issue. 

Return Shipping

At Mountech Cables, we offer discounted (Prepaid Shipping Label) through our return portal for our customers’ convenience. The cost of this label will be deducted from your total refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Q: What if I don’t have my order number?

You can find your order number in your order confirmation email. If you are not able to find the order number, please contact us at the email address used for the purchase. So we can help you locate your order.

Q: Do I need the original packaging to return an item?

Yes, for a full refund or exchange, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging. If the packaging is opened or the item is used, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied, or the return may be rejected.

Q: How long will it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original method of payment. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.

Q: Can I return a used item?

Generally, no. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Items returned in a used condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
