Privacy Policy / Return Policy / RMA Authorization Policy

At Mountech Cables, we strive to maintain a straightforward return policy for our customers. We want you to be satisfied with our Bulk Ethernet Cables, and we accept returns within 30 Days without a restock fee. It’s our policy to let you know everything regarding the restocking fee imposed on us by the manufacturer, and you have to bear it. It is normally not more than 25%. 

For our record, you have to inform us within 7 Days of receipt of items to discuss the return. We will generate an Authorization No. All this is done through a valid email address, and for the company’s record. 

Any product you return must be in good condition. Please email us to discuss your individual case. 

Note: You Must Email Us To Request A Return Authorization Number. If An Item Is Returned To Us Without A Return No. Will Be Sent Back At Your Expense and Charged To Your Credit Card. 

Points to Remember

  • The address should match the return department. 
  • Shipment to various locations, but not all locations
  • RMA No Valid For 30 Days
  • Use a carrier to get authorization
  • All non-defective items may experience a minimum 25% restock fee.
  • All discrepancies in shipment must be reported within 7 days of receipt. 

Payment Options

For convenient checkout, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. For a Credit Card, you are not charged until your order is dispatched. So, we urge you to use credit card information with an authentic address. We did not process the orders with the correct billing address. 

We prefer PayPal for International clients. For international orders, you need a security verification of a credit card. Mountech Cables takes credit card fraud very seriously, and we do not hesitate to reach out to the police. 

Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Schedule: Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, typically ship the same day if the item is in stock. Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or on public holidays..
  2. Next Day Delivery: The order placed after 3:00 PM EST will be delivered on Monday or Saturday with special arrangements. 
  3. Order Modifications: The order generated is an automated fulfillment process; once the order is placed, it can neither be modified nor canceled. 
  4. Shipping Origin: Orders may be shipped from various warehouses across the country, not just the NY Headquarters.
  5. Tracking and Signature: Tracking numbers are provided for all UPS and USPS shipments. The company does not guarantee an adult signature or the name of the recipient upon delivery.
  6. Liability: The company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for non-delivery of items once a tracking number is provided, unless the carrier issues a refund for shipping charges.
  7. Free Shipping: When you choose free ground shipping, the company reserves the right to use any available carrier, not necessarily one of your choice.
  8. Incorrect Address: A fee of $35 for domestic shipments and $39 for international shipments will be charged for any address corrections made by the carrier.
